This is how we create effect
Effective-Learning is based on effect. Our primary interest is
to create a high degree of learning and transformation of learning
to behavior at work.
We have developed learning solutions which use elements of
gaming, entertainment, peer-to-peer learning, interactive universes
and value-based communication. We use these central elements
because they create a higher effect, according to our knowledge or
strong indications.
For instance, in Vestas' learning solutions it's a part of the
philosophy that the employee moves around in Vestas World,
collecting knowledge from different experts. From a narrative
technique point of view the different experts act as virtual good
colleagues who are there to help you.
The learning is active, and the employee controls the speed and
to a certain extent the order. We want the employee to be active
during the learning session instead of passively receiving
knowledge.
In the program different means are used in order to support
different learning styles. To mention some examples: CEO Ditlev
Engel welcomes the employees to the program; speech and sound is
integrated in all characters and locations; and music was composed
especially for the production in order to support specific moods
and a high degree of interactivity.
