Bersin & Associates is an American research-based HR-consultancy. Bersin & Associates are specialists in developing and evaluating learning programs and strategies that will improve the business result for global companies.

Every year Bersin & Associates award prizes to companies all over the world that all have innovative and excellent learning programs and strategies. Vestas is the first Danish company to receive recognition from Bersin & Associates.

Bersin & Associates awards prizes within the following six categories: Operational Program Excellence, Leadership Development Excellence, Technology Excellence, Organizational Management Excellence, Vendor Innovation and Initiative Excellence. Vestas' prize was in the latter category.

Prize-giving in April

The prize-giving takes place on April 14th-16th at the annual Bersin research conference. More than 300 learning experts from all over the world will participate in the conference, and 50 lecturers will contribute with speeches.

Naturally, Vestas will participate in the prize-giving. Also, Vestas has been chosen to take part in the panel discussion "The Best of the Best in Learning", discussion the Induction program and its results.
