Effective-Learning produces one of the world's best learning solutions in 2008

The recognized American HR-consultancy Bersin & Associates has just selected Vestas' Induction program for new employees as one of the best in the world. Bersin & Associates are specialists in developing and evaluating learning programs and strategies that will improve the business result for global companies.

Every year Bersin & Associates award prizes to companies all over the world that all have innovative and excellent learning programs and strategies. Vestas, Peopleway, Empatii og Effective-Learning are the first Danish companies to receive recognition from Bersin & Associates - both as "Learning Leaders" in the category "Initiative Excellence" in the Bersins Learning Leaders Awards Program and as "The Best of the Best in Learning" among all award recipients.

Companies as Computer Associates, SAP, Hewlett Packard and Citibank were among the award winners in 2007.
